when these arrived they looked so good I swear my husband would have eaten them raw there and then! Big, chunky and just amazing looking. Slo cooked with onions, garlic and stock and wow they pack an amazing flavour. There is a fair amount of fat but you scoop that off before serving – but just falls apart and is delicious. Already placed second order of them!
