It is believed that Rudraksha beads grow on trees emanating from Lord Shiva's tears and have been used for centuries in Hinduism and Buddhism for Self-empowerment and to live a fearless life. The Confidence Mala represents each of the five classical elements: Earth (Prithvi/Bhumi), Water (Jala/Varuna), Fire (Agni/Tejas), Air (Vayu/Pavan), and Ether of Space (Akasha).
