First time I have ever ordered meat o line and I am made up. As soon as the pork arrived I moved it to the chest freezer I have. Half an hour later I changed my mind about freezing it all and got some chops out and put the frying pan on the cooker. 20 minutes later I was enjoying a lovely chop and hoping that the rest of the meat tastes so good. It all looks perfect, so I guess it will.
